Swig Equities LLC has bought 25 Broad St., a 21-story mixed-use building in Manhattan’s financial district.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The 540,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1902 as on office building and later converted to a residential property in 1997. It features 346 one-, two- and three-bedroom rental units, and includes approximately 21,400 square feet of retail and commercial area space, along with approximately 6,800 square feet of office space.
Designated a landmark by the New York City Landmarks Commission in June 2000 and placed on the Federal National Register of Landmarks in March 1998, 25 Broad St. features Italian Renaissance design. The property amenities include a fitness center and rooftop deck.
The identity of the seller was not disclosed.
