Seagis Property Group has acquired a 171,000-square-foot industrial building on approximately 7.5 acres in Miami.
The value of the transaction was approximately $13.3 million.
The property, located at 2900 NW 112th Ave. in the Beacon Industrial Park, was 100 percent leased to Nippon Express U.S.A. Inc. at the time of sale.
The building, originally constructed in 1995 and expanded in 2003, is pre-cast concrete construction and has a clear ceiling height of 24 feet.
Seagis Property Group LP owns and operates industrial buildings in logistically driven locations along the Eastern Seaboard.
