Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Berkshire Square, a 112,119-square-foot retail center in Reading, Pa., for $14.3 million.
WP Berkshire Associates LLC purchased the asset from Tract II Associates.
Built in 1992, Berkshire Square is located at 1183 Berkshire Blvd. The shopping complex is situated on 32 acres and is shadow anchored by a Wal-Mart. The site is close to the intersection of Routes 422, 222 and Interstate 176. The property was 100 percent leased at closing.
Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage.
