Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial negotiated the sale of The Heritage Apartments totaling 56 units in El Cajon, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $6.7 million.
The property is located at 360 North First St. Built in 1973, the complex has 36 one-bedroom, one-bath apartments and 20 two-bedroom, one-bathroom units. It has a gated entry with pool and laundry room on-site.
John Wiggans sold the complex to Jacoba Heritage North, who will be converting the site to condominiums within the next year.
