Colliers International represented Orion Logistics Inc. in a 60-month, 97,502-square-foot lease in Hayward, Calif.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Hayward Industrial Center is a 12-building, 350,000-square-foot, multitenant industrial center. Orion Logistics is leasing one, large, freestanding building located at 47785 Fremont Blvd to use as its corporate headquarters.
Orion is a third-party logistic service provider offering services to companies using offshore contract manufacturing facilities. Orion recently sold its previous headquarters space in nearby Richmond.
Prologis, the property owner, handled its part of the transaction in-house.
