Rio Vista Plaza III, a 79,744-square-foot, 4-story office building just completed in San Diego has been sold for approximately $22.8 million.
The class A project is located on 3.8 acres at 9095 Rio San Diego Drive and is one of three buildings in the 187,604-square-foot, 9-acre Rio Vista Plaza office park.
The buyer was Rio Vista Tower III LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, in care of BlackRock Realty Advisors Inc. The seller was Rio Courtyard LLC, a California limited liability company.
Colliers International brokered the deal.
