Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of The Woodlands Apartments totaling 69 units in San Bernardino, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $11 million.
B/C Woodlands LLC sold the property to an unidentified buyer.
The Woodlands Apartment is located at 1965 Coulston St. Built in 1982, the property is comprised of 15 two-story buildings offering approximately 83,205 rentable square feet on 6.3 landscaped acres. The apartment community features 31 two-bedroom/one-bath units of approximately 936 square feet and 38 three-bedroom/two-bath units of approximately 1,392 square feet. Each unit has either a one- or two-car garage with a new aluminum roll-up door and garage opener, side-by-side washer and gas dryer connections, private patio, individual water heater, gas or electric oven and range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, central air and heating, and wood-burning fireplace. The common-area amenities include a fitness room, swimming pool and spa.
