ZipForm, a provider of electronic real estate forms, has added a batch of forms to its library for employee relocation transactions, the company said today.
ZipForm has more than 170 association form libraries for real estate and 200 custom broker form libraries. The latest addition is the Worldwide ERC, which stands for Employee Relocation Council.
The new ERC Library allows ZipForm customers to generate ERC Broker’s Market Analysis and Strategy Reports without having to use additional software packages. The new ERC Library also includes an ERC Property Status Form, ERC Real Estate Broker Invoice and Homeowner Disclosure Statement available in the ZipForm software.
ZipForm also offers the Lead Paint Library and the Addenda Library as available add-ons. The Lead Paint Library includes necessary FHA/VA disclosures. Both standard and customizable forms are included in the Addenda Library, the company said.
ZipForm’s family of products aim to simplify the real estate contract process and decrease unessessary paperwork. The company’s two main products, ZipFormDesktop and ZipFormOnline, seamlessly share and store data among all documents related to a single transaction. Users enter data once and ZipForm uses that data to automatically complete required documents.
