Reckson Associates Realty Corp. acquired a 227,966-square-foot corporate campus in Stamford, Conn.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The property is located at 225 High Ridge Road on 14 acres. The class A property features two three-story office buildings joined by a central courtyard.
Other features include a card access system, a 215-seat full service cafeteria, two executive conference rooms for private dining and tenant meetings, covered parking for executives and employees, and a professionally managed fitness center with a full locker room facility.
The tenant roster features Fortune 500 companies such as Philip Morris Capital Inc., Synapse Group Inc., Morgan Stanley, Metropolitan Life, Ford Motor Co. and U. S. Trust Private Client Group.
This acquisition expands the office portfolio of Reckson’s Connecticut Division to more than 1.5 million square feet.
