Cendant Global Services Inc., the international master franchising affiliate of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates Inc., today announced that it has awarded exclusive master franchise rights for the Sotheby’s brand in Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas and Anguilla.
Master franchise rights were awarded to: Central American Premiere Properties, S.A. (Costa Rica); Dominican Realty (Dominican Republic); Damianos Realty Co. Limited (Bahamas); and Professional Realty Service Limited (Anguilla).
The master franchisees will develop a system of real estate offices in each respective country that will operate as part of the Sotheby’s International Realty network of luxury residential real estate brokerages.
Sotheby’s International Realty Inc. is comprised of a real estate brokerage operation and a franchise/affiliate system of independently owned and operated real estate companies.
