Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial and East County Properties announced that Voit Development Co. has purchased the 144,320-square-foot Century Industrial Center in Vista, Calif.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The six-building manufacturing complex is located at 929-951 Poinsettia Ave.
The project includes two large buildings and four smaller buildings with yards. There is also approximately 5,000 square feet of existing office space throughout the complex with the option to build more.
The front building, located at 929 Poinsettia, spans 52,800 square feet, while the middle building at 935 Poinsettia is 44,460 square feet. The rear buildings total 46,880 square feet, ranging in size from 5,280 square feet to 23,600 square feet.
Voit plans to map the project for an industrial condo sales program. Industrial condos will be offered for sale with sizes that can be customized to a buyer’s exact size requirement.
Cass Construction Inc. sold the property.
