Mack-Cali Realty Corp. announced that the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has signed a new lease for 114,286 square feet in Washington, D.C. The lease carries a term of 10 years.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The property, located at 1400 L St. N.W., a 159,000 square-foot, class A office building. At closing, occupancy was 91.3 percent.
Mack-Cali Realty Corp. is a self-managed real estate investment trust.
