RealtyTrac has added more than 75,000 newly built homes to its Web site through a new partnership with New Home Source, the company said today.
The agreement gives subscribers to RealtyTrac’s online real estate marketplace direct access to new-home properties and new-home builders.
With the inclusion of these new properties, RealtyTrac now has a national database of four distinct property types: pre-foreclosure and foreclosure properties; for-sale-by-owner properties; and new construction homes.
“RealtyTrac’s partnership with New Home Source enables us to combine some of the hardest-to-find properties into one centralized, easy-to-use online database,” said James Saccacio, RealtyTrac CEO.
RealtyTrac’s database includes more than 550,000 properties in nearly 2,000 counties across the country, and the company is the exclusive foreclosure data provider to AOL, MSN House & Home, Yahoo! Real Estate and HomeGain.com. The company was founded in 1996.
