The Praedium Group LLC, a New York City-based national real estate investment firm, has sold the Maitland Forum office building in Maitland, Fla.
The value of the transaction was $25 million.
The266,881 square-foot property, built in 1985, is located at 2600 Lake Lucien Drive.
A joint venture between Orlando, Fla.-based Tower Realty Partners and New York-based DRA Advisors purchased the property.
Major tenants at the time of sale included Wells Fargo Bank and IKON Office Solutions.
The Praedium Group focuses on underperforming and undervalued assets throughout North America.
