LSI Credit Services, a division of Fidelity National Financial, today launched a new and improved point-of-sale Web site accessible at www.lsicredit.com. This new online destination aims to provide originators with increased efficiency and effectiveness in the credit services ordering and management processes.
The Web site offers improved ordering functionality for the company’s supplemental credit service offerings, as supplements can be ordered by simply clicking a tradeline and adding instructions. This eliminates the need for originators to re-enter borrower information each time additional services are required. The site also provides originators with live status updates on all report requests.
To increase accessibility to LSI’s customer service and enhance customer efficiency, an online chat feature has been added. Questions regarding products or services can be discussed online with one of the company’s customer service team members in real time. Technical support representatives are also available to provide any technical assistance required. Additionally, originators will be able to access LSI Credit Services’ accounting department through this chat feature to address any questions or comments regarding online billing.
Several administrative features have also been incorporated into this new site to assist with the overall management of the credit evaluation process. A management reporting feature is available to provide clients with a variety of information, including the number of credit reports ordered, report turn-around times and management summaries. The site also includes a tracking feature that organizes product and service fees by borrower. In addition, a component has been developed to enable administrative users to easily add and delete users as needed. Finally, lenders can view and download their billing and invoice statements and itemize the credit fees associated with each borrower.
LSICredit.com also makes new products available to LSI customers. Included is the credit score analysis tool, CreditXpert. CreditXpert allows visitors to better understand how a score is calculated and experiment with “What if” scenarios to determine what course of action will produce the best results.
