Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust Inc. has purchased Publix Shopping Center, a 63,864-square-foot retail property in Mt. Pleasant, S.C.
The value of the transaction was $20.9 million.
This newly constructed retail center, located at 1109-1121 Park West Blvd., was anchored by a 44,840-square-foot Publix grocery store. Also included in the retail center are several regional tenants.
This is the fifth South Carolina property for Inland Western.
Continental 130 Fund LLC sold the property.
Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland Western is part of The Inland Real Estate Group of Cos. Inc., a national real estate investment conglomerate.
