CB Richard Ellis’ Atlanta office announced that The SYGMA Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of SYSCO Corp., has leased 208,930 square feet of space in Newnan, Ga.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The SYGMA Network, a distributor of food and supplies to restaurant chains, is occupying the entire cross-dock facility located at 510 Walt Sanders Memorial Drive. Built in 2000, the property is located on 30 acres in the Shenandoah Creekside Park.
CBRE represented the landlord, Augustus Partners LP (an affiliate of John W. Rooker & Associates), in the lease transaction.
