Trizec Properties recently announced that Bryan Cave LLP has renewed approximately 225,000 square feet at its world headquarters located in Metropolitan Square in downtown St. Louis, Mo.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The international law firm will continue to occupy eight floors in the class A office building for the next 17 years with two additional five-year renewal options. The firm also has options to lease additional space over the life of the lease to accommodate anticipated growth during that period.
Metropolitan Square comprises 1 million square feet and is located in the heart of the downtown St. Louis business district on Broadway between Olive and Pine.
