Entyre, a nationwide provider of Web-based mortgage closing tools, and LandAmerica OneStop, a provider of online, Web-based real estate transaction services for mortgage lenders, have partnered.
Through the partnership, LandAmerica OneStop will integrate with Entyre’s eMortgage-X4 to power the creation of a “dynamic HUD” for mortgage closings. By seamlessly integrating Entyre’s eMortgage-X4 with LandAmerica OneStop’s closing applications, all of the necessary information to produce a final HUD statement will reside in one system and eliminate the need for duplicate data entry, numerous faxes, errors and labor intensive post closing reviews, the companies said.
“This will allow us to streamline our mortgage closing process and we anticipate that the cost savings that will be realized for large mortgage lenders and others will be significant,” said Brandon Barnett, of LandAmerica OneStop.
Since 1987, Entyre has prepared loan-closing documents for brokers, bankers, correspondent lenders and investors nationwide and has created technology solutions to streamline the mortgage process. Entyre’s eMortgage-X4 technology offers mortgage lenders a data and document management and delivery software platform and provides for improved workflow, collaboration and data management with sophisticated data exchange and file transfer capabilities. The technology is completely Web-based.
