Mack-Cali Realty Corp. sold two office properties totaling 554,330 square feet in Texas.
The total value of the transactions was $39.1 million.
The company sold TriWest Plaza, a 367,018-square-foot office building located at 3030 LBJ Freeway in Dallas, and The Century Building, a 187,312-square-foot office building located at 84 N.E. Loop 410 in San Antonio.
TriWest Plaza was 81.8 percent leased at the time of sale, while The Century Building was 90.6 percent leased.
Mack-Cali Realty Corp. is a self-managed real estate investment trust.
