Colliers International brokered the sale of a 394,072-square-foot industrial facility in Rancho Bernardo, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $28.5 million.
Jerome’s Furniture Warehouse acquired the 24-acre site, which is located in the 4S Ranch at 16960 Mesamint St. The property will serve as Jerome’s San Diego furniture storage and distribution center.
The seller was RREEF.
The facility was a build-to-suit for Sony Electronics in 1997 and features 60 dock-high loading doors, 12,000 square feet of office space, and 26- to 28-foot clear heights. Colliers International sold the property to RREEF in 1997.
