The property is located on approximately 54 acres at the intersection of U.S. 17-A and Interstate 26.
Silver Oak Associates LP sold the property to Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Inc.
NewBridge Retail Advisors Inc. provides real estate services to retail asset owners and investors.
