Wheatworks Software today announced the release of Real Estate Calculator Suite 2.3.50, a Windows-based collection of 16 real estate calculators that aim to help determine home-loan payments and other home-purchase-related costs.
Real Estate Calculator Suite features tools that calculate downpayment savings, loan spread, biweekly payments, estimated closing costs, home seller’s proceeds, mortgage prepayment, and monthly and annual loan amortization schedules, among others.
Real Estate Calculator Suite is designed for Windows 95, 98, ME, NT4, 2000, XP Home and XP Professional. Special features include a Documentation Checklist, which aims to help home buyers organize the documents required when applying for a mortgage loan; a four page Movers To Do List; a Home Inspection Checklist; “Quick Start” help for first-time users; improved graphics and faster navigation among the calculators; and an integrated Upgrade Center that aims to provide easy, online updates.
