IPIX InfoMedia on Friday announced it has expanded the capabilities of its virtual tour photography tools to meet the needs of residential Realtors.
The IPIX Interactive Studio software enables Realtors to create online virtual tours of a property. IPIX is also offering a hosting capability, Host@IPIX, which provides real estate professionals the ability to electronically store, update, view and share virtual tours.
In addition to the Interactive Studio product, which serves high-volume virtual tour providers, IPIX has released version 3.5 of the IPIX Real Estate Wizard. The Real Estate Wizard is a “do-it-yourself” alternative to the Interactive Studio product, which aims to provide Realtors an easy-to-use, eye-catching online viewing and image distribution capability for practitioners with a lower volume of virtual tours.
IPIX is currently working with Homestore, operator of Realtor.com, to make Host@IPIX compatible with its new PicturePath linking program that is set to launch later this year.
