A la mode and HomeGain today announced an agreement that allows users of a la mode’s Agent XSites to receive qualified home buyers sent directly to their personal Web sites.
HomeGain’s Buyer Link platform, which has agreements with search engines such as Google, MSN and Yahoo, will facilitate the partnership, which was announced prior to the opening of the National Association of Realtors 2004 Conference and Expo in Orlando, Fla.
When potential buyers search for a home on any of HomeGain’s partner sites, they select the market where they are interested, then are directed to the MLS/IDX search page for the Agent XSite user. After registering at the user’s IDX site, the agent is provided with the buyer’s contact information for follow-up purposes.
“For real estate agents, it doesn’t get any better than having online home buyers delivered directly to their Web site where they have control of the relationship with their customer from the first point of contact,” said Glenn Houck, HomeGain’s Senior Vice President, Agent Success.
Real estate professionals can purchase as many leads as they like and for any number of geographic areas, and Agent XSite users purchasing leads from HomeGain will receive $75 off their first month’s invoice.
A la mode develops desktop, mobile, and Web tools for real estate appraisers, agents, inspectors and mortgage lenders.
