Interealty and Executive Wireless have launched a new product – MLX Wireless – that will give real estate professionals mobile access to detailed Multiple Listing Service data using a variety of wireless handheld devices including the Palm, Pocket PC and BlackBerry.
With MLX Wireless, real estate professionals can search and retrieve listing data in seconds – including full color property photos – for their customers anywhere and anytime, without having to make time-consuming trips back to the office or unnecessary calls to an assistant.
MLX Wireless enables agents to provide their customers with instant answers to inquiries regarding property details, sale prices, showing information and more; conduct searches of any property type by any status type, including active, sold and expired from their MLS’s live database; display views including 25 fields of key listing data, including tax information, and full-color, high-resolution property photos.
Interealty is making MLX Wireless available to its 91 Realtor boards and associations comprising more than 183,000 real estate professionals. Real estate boards and associations will contract with Interealty to make MLX Wireless available to their members.
MLX Wireless combines Interealty’s MLXchange, a Web-based MLS system, and Executive Wireless’ software, Wireless Realty.
