Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office in Southern California completed two transactions for two Laguna Niguel, Calif., office buildings totaling $9 million.
The first transaction, valued at $4.7 million, was for a 31,160-square-foot office building located at 27631-27651 La Paz Road in Laguna Niguel.
Louis Tomaselli, Rob Socci, and Mitch Zehner of Voit’s Anaheim Metro office represented the seller, Voit Development. Steve Batcheller of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer, Global Network Ministries LLC.
The second transaction, valued at $4.3 million, was for a 26,380 square-foot office building located at 27722/27752 El Lazo in Laguna Niguel.
Rob Socci, Louis Tomaselli, and Mitch Zehner represented the seller, Voit Development. Jon Pharris and Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, Donald Enders.
