- The Regional Coalition of Community Builders Conference, will take place Oct. 21-23, in Dawson, Pa. The biennial conference, titled “Rivers Run Through Them…Reconnecting Our Communities to Their Waterways,” focuses on the importance of waterways and waterfronts for regions.
