RJS Realty Group arranged the sale of North Beach Plaza, a 96,548-square-foot, shopping center in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
The value of the transaction was $14.2 million.
The 20-year-old property is located at the northwest corner of U.S. Highway One and Juno Road.
Anchor tenants at North Beach include Sound Advice, West Marine and California Fine Arts, along with Anthony’s Ladies Apparel, Blockbuster Video and Burger King.
ROHO North Beach Ltd. a local partnership headed by Ross Realty Investments of Davie, Fla., sold the property to a private real estate investment company from Birmingham, Ala. Steve Miskew, Managing Director and Bob Sullivan, President of RJS Realty
