Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust purchased the Forks Town Center, a 90,300-square-foot shopping center, near Easton, Pa.
The value of the transaction was $18.9 million.
Forks Town Center is anchored by a Giant Food store and an attached Giant gas station. The center also features Movie Gallery, H&R Block, Subway and Dunkin’ Donuts.
Forks-Easton LLC sold the property.
Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland Western is a commercial real estate company.
