Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of the 107,195-square-foot South Robertson Building in Los Angeles.
The value of the transaction was $20.2 million.
The South Robertson Building is located at 3000 South Robertson Blvd. The four-story suburban office property was constructed in 1986. The sale also included an adjacent five-story monitored parking structure.
Major tenants include the Los Angeles Unified School District, Samra University and Corinthian Colleges.
Atrium Properties sold the property to Basslamp Venture, an affiliate of Mission Hills, Calif.-based AMC Investments.
At closing, the property was 94 percent occupied.
Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage.
