The Charles Dunn Co. brokered the sale of two retail buildings totaling 43,168 square feet in Visalia, Calif.
The total value of the transactions was approximately $9.2 million.
Parr-Bohn Redwood LTD purchased the property from DBO Development Co.
The buildings are part of the newly developed Packwood Creek retail center, which includes tenants such as Target Greatland, Lowes and Best Buy.
