Grubb & Ellis Co. facilitated Boise Cascade Corp.’s lease of 311,237 square feet of industrial space in Garden Grove, Calif.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The space is located at 7300 Chapman Ave.
Boise Cascade acquired OfficeMax Inc. in December of last year, which more than doubled the size of Boise Office Solutions, its Itasca, Ill.-based office products division.
Boise will be consolidating a 180,000-square-foot Boise Office Solutions distribution facility in Garden Grove and a 90,000-square-foot Office Max distribution facility in Buena Park to the 7300 Chapman Ave. location.
The company is slated to occupy its portion of the 507,435-square-foot, single-story, concrete tilt-up building in January 2005.
