The value of the transaction was $17.6 million.
The property is located at 1800 Huntington Blvd.
Schauburg, Ill.-based Western Management Financial sold the property to an active condominium converter from the Chicago area.
The buyer plans to hold the property for some time before converting the units to condominiums.
Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage.
