NewBridge Retail Advisors recently served as advisor in the sale of the 69,628-square-foot Publix at Acworth in Atlanta, Ga.
The sales price was not disclosed.
BVT Equity Holdings Inc. sold the property to Kite Cos.
Publix at Acworth is located at the intersection of Highway 92 and Baker Road, adjacent to Interstate 75.
National tenants such as Blockbuster Video, GNC, Pak Mail, Domino’s Pizza, and Hair Cuttery join CVS, the center’s sub-anchor, in the property’s line-up.
The center was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale.
