Spaulding & Slye Colliers has negotiated the sale of 90 Libbey Parkway, a 79,926-square-foot office/manufacturing/R&D facility within Libbey Industrial Park in Weymouth, Mass.
The value of the transaction was $3.9 million.
Located one mile from the Route 3 and Route 18 interchange, 90 Libbey Parkway features a two-story atrium lobby and a continuous band of ribbon windows in the office areas. The building includes a full-service cafeteria, showers and lockers, a conference room, elevator, and air-conditioned manufacturing/R&D areas.
A large national REIT, Glenborough Realty Trust, sold the property to WND Capital Partners LLC, a Boston-based, private equity real estate investment and management company
