Relocation management company RELO Direct has launched a new version of its corporate Web site, RELODirect.com, which features information to assist transferees through the relocation process, including moving tips, IRS publications related to relocation and consultant bios.
The password-protected client section features useful tools such as a policy library, white papers, links to essential forms, and transferee handouts on relocation services. Also included are instructions and access for RIS, RELO Direct’s online relocation management system.
RELO Direct President and CEO Gene Isaacs said that the site was designed to be a functional resource. “In addition to featuring information on RELO Direct and our relocation solutions, we wanted to give our client groups tools to help them manage their relocation activity more effectively. As our industry becomes more automated, online resources are more essential than ever, so we offer them in tandem with our person-to-person support. The new site is an extension of our philosophy of ‘people as a priority, technology as a tool,'” Isaacs said.
