San Diego-based real estate Internet marketing company Z57 Inc. has added SchoolDigest and ReloDigest to its Web-based lead generation tools for real estate agents.
SchoolDigest and ReloDigest are part of a series of Web-based services by OnBoard LLC, a provider of property and neighborhood information for real estate professionals in the United States and Canada. The products allow agents to provide clients customized comparative school and community reports.
Agents can create multiple reports for a single school or neighborhood, as well as do comparative reports with other schools, districts or locations. The full color reports include statistical graphs, images and maps. Each analysis is customized with the agent’s picture, contact information and additional personalized content.
Z57 is offering the product in conjunction with the Z57 Agent Plus 4.0 Web site service.
SchoolDigest compares schools, school districts, schools within a district and schools in other districts. The reports include both public and private elementary, junior high, middle and high schools.
ReloDigest compares the buyer or seller’s current community with the community they are relocating to or compares prospective neighborhoods. The reports include age demographics, employment, wealth, housing, weather, political, crime and housing information.
