Santa Barbara, Calif.-based Pacifica Real Estate Group purchased the 71,788-square-foot Torrey View Corporate Center in San Diego.
The value of the transaction was $22 million.
The three-story, class “A” corporate office building is located at 10590 West Ocean Air Drive on a 4.2-acre parcel.
At the time of sale, the property was fully leased to tenants including La Jolla, Calif.-based eHelp Corp., Santarus Inc. and Sola Optical.
Hibiscus Investments Inc., a San Diego-based private real estate investment company, was the seller.
John Hale of Colliers International represented both the buyer and the seller.
