OnBoard LLC announced it has launched a new product that gives prospective home buyers and sellers customized analysis of recent home sales on the Weichert Realtors Web site.
HomeSalesDigest gathers information from more than 11 million transactions in more than 750 counties nationwide. The product is the latest in a series of ASP products that enable brokers and their agents to provide real-time real estate data to consumers online or offline.
OnBoard LLC provides national property and neighborhood information for real estate professionals. The company also provides SchoolDigest and ReloDigest products.
The Weichert deal with OnBoard LLC includes HomeSalesDigest, SchoolDigest and ReloDigest covering 11 major Northeast states and the District of Columbia.
Morris Plains, N.J.-based Weichert has more than 10,000 sales associates in 248 company-owned and franchised offices in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida and Texas.
