Deutsche Bank extends office lease

Mack-Cali Realty Corp. announced that Deutsche Bank (formerly Bankers Trust) has extended a lease for 90,000 square feet of office space at Harborside Financial Center in Jersey City, N.J.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The lease, which was extended to Dec. 31, 2006, is for space at Harborside Plaza 1, a 400,000-square-foot, class A office building. Harborside Financial Center is a mixed-use complex consisting of 3.6 million square feet of class A office space, and hotel, retail and residential components.

David Maurer-Hollaender of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in the transaction.
