Colliers Seeley International’s Multifamily Investment Sales Team has completed the sale of a luxury 280-unit, garden-style apartment community in Tampa, Fla.
The value of the transaction was $20.5 million.
Lane Co., an Atlanta-based developer, sold Enclave at Richmond Place to Scully Co.
Located on a 14.3-acre site, Enclave at Richmond Place consists of 12 apartment buildings and a long list of amenities that include a clubhouse, a resort-style pool, a fitness center, tennis courts and a sand volleyball court. The apartment community was completed in 2000 and totals 280,433 square feet.
