ProLogis has signed lease agreements totaling 383,464 square feet of distribution space with Trane, MailCon and Christian Casey at ProLogis Park Cranbury in Cranbury, N.J.
The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.
These three leases bring the 1.9 million-square-foot park to 100 percent occupancy.
Trane, a business division of American Standard and global manufacturer of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, is leasing 153,808 square feet in the Park.
MailCon, a U.S. mail and freight consolidator, is leasing 145,600 square feet at ProLogis Park Cranbury, and Christian Casey, the distributor for Sean John, a popular line of clothing for men and boys, is leasing 84,056 square feet.
ProLogis Park Cranbury is a master plan-park, offering state-of-the-art facilities in a park-like setting. It is centrally located northeast of Trenton, three miles from the New Jersey Turnpike. Construction began last week on the final facility at ProLogis Park Cranbury. When it is completed in the fall of 2004, it will offer an additional 134,400 square feet of distribution space.
