GMAC Real Estate, a real estate franchisor with 1,300 offices and 23,000 sales associates, is looking for expansion opportunities in Denver, Colo.
GMAC Real Estate officials said in a statement that they want to establish the company as a recognized leader in Denver’s residential real estate market.
“Let there be no doubt about it: We’ve had our eye on Denver for some time and we plan to make it a core part of our nationwide expansion strategy,” said John Bearden, president and CEO of GMAC Home Services, parent company of GMAC Real Estate.
Bearden said GMAC Real Estate will establish roots in the Denver real estate market through a growth strategy that offers local area real estate professionals a number of options.
GMAC Home Services is one of North America’s largest real estate organizations, delivering its Premier Service business program to home buyers and sellers through its three operating companies: GMAC Real Estate, GHS Mortgage and GMAC Global Relocation Services.
