Re: ‘Rookie Realtor tired of hot market‘ (April 19)
Dear Rookie:
Hang in there. While the attitude and feeling of your buyers won’t change much, the market always changes.

Dear Rookie:
As a 20-year veteran of this game I can tell you the human side of what we do does not get easier. It is easy to lose that personal perspective and look only at the fastest buck. In fact, many trainers focus strictly on that “Buy today or get out of my car” approach. I feel it’s more true that they don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. You can end up wasting time with folks who simply have the desire to own but not the ability. The key to personal success and satisfaction lies in finding the right balance. Hang in there, the rewards can be worth your while.
