Maquina Realty Corp., an Indianapolis-based real estate development company, has purchased Castleton Square Marketplace and Castleton Square Pavilion in Indiana, and Champaign Marketview Center in Illinois.
The seller was Casto, a real estate development firm in Columbus, Ohio.
Castleton Square Pavilion and Castleton Square Marketplace are situated at the northeast quadrant of Interstate 465 and Allisonville Road in Indianapolis and offer frontage and access on both East 86th Street and Castleton Corner Drive. Castleton Square Pavilion is a 59,926-square-foot property. Tenants include Outback Steakhouse, Sofa Express and Futon Factory. Castleton Square Marketplace is a 50,391-square-foot property. Tenants include Guitar Center, Danish Inspirations and The Mattress Firm.
Market View Center is located in Champaign, Ill., is a dynamic shopping center located off the Interstate 74 exit at the Market Street and Market View Drive intersection. This 86,257 square foot center is in this college town’s retail trading area. Anchor tenants include TJ Maxx and MC Sports.
