Reliant Pharmaceuticals has expanded its headquarters space at Bernards 78, located at 110 Allen Road in Bernards Township, N.J. The company initially leased 52,417 square feet at the Class A office property in 2001. The additional space brings its long-term commitment there to 72,700 square feet.
Reliant is a privately held company that markets branded pharmaceutical products to primary care physicians. The company markets a portfolio of products for cholesterol management, the treatment of hypertension and other cardiovascular conditions.
Bernards 78 is situated directly off a four-way interchange of Interstate 287 with immediate access to Interstate 78. The 201,781-square-foot building provides on-site amenities and is close to local hotels, restaurants and shopping.
Jodie Matthews and Dennis McConnell of Cushman & Wakefield’s Parsippany, N.J. office handle leasing for the property along with Dan Frank and Marty Kwartler of Kwartler Associates, which also serves as property manager.
Other tenants at Bernards 78 include Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co. and Verizon.
