The U.S. Government Services Administration (GSA) inked an approximately 98,500-square-foot lease agreement for office space at Trizec Properties’ Two Ballston Plaza in Arlington, Va.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Two Ballston Plaza comprises 11 floors and totals 223,000 square feet of office and retail space.
The GSA will lease office space for five years beginning in late 2004. With this transaction, the property is now 95 percent leased.
Eddie Trujillo, vice president of leasing for Trizec’s Virginia property portfolio, represented the company in the transaction.
Chicago-based Trizec Properties Inc. is a real estate investment trust.
