VCC Investors sold a 171,391-square-foot office building in San Diego, Calif.
The value of the transaction was approximately $31 million.
The 12-story Valley Corporate Center is situated at the northeast corner of Interstate 8 and Highway 163 at 591 Camino De La Reina. The building was constructed in 1972 on two parcels totaling 4.1 acres. Project commons areas were remodeled between 1994 and 1997. On-site amenities include covered parking in a three-level garage, a deli, and a project gym with locker rooms and shower facilities.
The buyer was The Hearn Co.
This project includes financial and mortgage related tenants, such as Pacific Crest, First Command, Unified Mortgage, Union Fidelity Mortgage and Emerald Bay Financial, and other service providers such as Blue Shield of California, Ticketmaster, and Belsky & Associates Law Firm.
