CB Richard Ellis announced that CHR Hansen, a flavors and fragrances manufacturer, renewed its lease agreement for 118,000 square feet of industrial space in Mahwah, N.J.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Botany Associates is the landlord of this single-story, high-tech warehouse and distribution facility, located at 1595 McArthur Blvd.
CHR Hansen will utilize the facility for its research, development, manufacturing and distribution of flavors needs.
